New Roof

Dr. Roof made my roof replacement from hail damage hassle free. From scheduling a drone to walking me through the insurance claim process and actual build out of the new roof, Dr Roof made it work. My out of pockets expenses were as projected and they were quick to tell me about additional costs needed for material not covered (which we discussed beforehand). The down side is a lot of hand offs between people at Dr Roof. From the scheduler to drone operator to sale person to project manager to field supervisor to claims manager to accounting manager etc. Tough to keep track of who to talk with. Overall good experience,
