First, they briefed me on the preparation and roof replacement process, so I could anticipate the scope and nature of the work involved. Next, DR walked me through the entire process, coordinating with my insurance company regarding documentation, photos, and a scheduled site visit to facilitate partial settlement of the project cost. As for the roof installation, DR provided a curated selection of premium products that carry valuable warranties. Despite intermittent rain, DR's installation team consistently arrived on-time and worked efficiently to replace most of my decking, roof, and chimney caps. Afterwards, DR's Quality Control representative returned to the property, post-installation, to inspect and address minor incidental issues that are common with roof replacements.
