Great follow-up

The roof replacement went very smoothly and we are completely satisfied with the roof. We also ordered replacement of 3 skylights. Unfortunately the measurements were not accurate and two of the skylights were larger than the ones they were replacing. At our request, Dr. Roof sent out an experienced finish carpenter who did an excellent job. He filled all of the spaces, covered underlayment, added trim moldings, and primed and painted the wood that was added. Mistakes happen, and Dr. Roof stood by their guarantee of the homeowner's satisfaction with the work. They sent out a skilled carpenter and we are happy with the correction. My suggestion is that if you are having skylights replaced, request that a Dr. Roof staff person get ON the roof ahead of time to get an accurate measurement.
