From Leah scheduling the inspection and repair, Paul Huppert performing the inspection/estimate, and Felix taking care of the roof and gutter repairs, this has been seamless from start to finish. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Downloading the Dr. Roof App gave me access to my account, the work in progress, photos, their office, and more. Will be adding Dr. Roof to my address book for sure.
