Dr. Roof 's representative Paul Huppert was at our house on 12/26/23 to inspect damage to our roof. His inspection, and the photos he provided, necessitated a plan of action for a time in the future that was to be established. We were surprised and greatly pleased when we received notice that the repair work would be performed the very next day. Suffice it to say that everything was completed the same day and the repairs appear to have solved our problem. I have no doubt that this quick repair was due, in part, from the knowledge, information and professionalism exhibited by Mr. Huppert. He is a real keeper. Thank you very much. Carmen V Porreca
