New Roof
I can’t say enough great things about Dr Roof. Due to a tree falling on our roof we had extensive damage done that our insurance company did not want to cover due to a very lacking inspection by insurance people. Out of four companies I called only Dr Roof’s inspector (Shawn Zike ) was willing to get involved with the claim process. It took almost 3 months and many reports sent by Shawn before the insurance company agreed to pay for new roof as well as all the damage done underneath. Their crews were fantastic and fast and they left my property spotless. Wonderful company and I highly recommend.
BEAUTIFUL JOB
DR. ROOF did a fabulous job on my house. They replaced the siding on my entire house. My house looks totally different. Best looking house on my street. Every one I dealt with was so very nice. Shout outs to JOSH, JOSE, HUSO, and MEREDITH, the siding team and the painting team. Thanks to all of you for a job well done
Fast, Friendly, Efficient
It was less than a week between the time that Shannon came out to perform a thorough, detailed inspection of the leak in the attic and the roof. She quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from and the repair that needed to be done. She laid out a variety of options and discussed preventative measures in addition to the needed repair. I didn't need to be home for the repairs to be done. Tanner arrived and completed the quoted work. In addition, he found quite a few areas around the pipes that needed plywood replacement. Once the work was complete I received a detailed set of pictures with the invoice. There are numerous payment options to make things easy. I would recommend Dr. Roof, Atlanta.
FANTASTIC
DR ROOF replaced the siding on my entire house. I had a combo of aluminum and vinyl. I had it all replaced with Hardy Board. My house looks beautiful. Looks like a totally new house. From sales to construction, everyone was so pleasant to work with. I would strongly recommend Dr Roof. They are wonderful!
Roof leak repair
After having two other companies come out to our house trying to find the reason for our roof leak and no one could properly diagnose it. Logan came out and immediately found the problem. He provided us with a quote (which did not differ from what he discussed with us-as some roofers quote did) and we had the service performed within days. Happy with the prompt response time, the crew they fixed the repair, and with the app to be able to see the work in progress. Overall a great experience! I will use Dr. Roof again!
the best
i had 2 small jobs that i needed help on. I called all the major roof companies and no one would help me or give me the time of day. I called Dr Roof and mr james came out and explain everything to me. Then yesterday Dr Roof came out the tech name was Jose i have never meat a more polite and professional man. I learnt one thing i the future dont waste time calling around, JUST CALL DR ROOF.

I am very happy with Dr. Roof's efforts to repair my roof. Shannon performed a thorough inspection and pointed out additional areas that needed attention. The quote was fair. Felix did the repairs. There were numerous issues that needed to be addressed and he dove right in and stuck with the tasks until completion. I was impressed with his skills since it appeared several different repair persons would be needed to do all this work in one day. He got it done. The photos tell the whole story. Thanks.
