Everyone was helpful, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Downloading the Dr. Roof App gave me access to my account, the work in progress, photos, their office, and more. Will be adding Dr. Roof to my address book for sure.

I cannot adequately convey how pleased and impressed I am with the entire Dr. Roof team and their work - from initial consultation with Paul Huppert through project management with Pol Izasa and then post-completion follow-up with Paul Huppert. The price quote was reasonable but the value provided far exceeded my expectations. And I have never seen a harder working or more effective crew. They worked a full 14 hours the first day 6:30 am to 8:30 pm) and then easily and comfortably finished the job the next day. The finished project looks great and based on this experience I have a high degree of confidence that I will never have to worry about the roof of this house the rest of my days. If you’re not using Dr. Roof, you’re doing it wrong!

Process was great
Had a great experience working with Dr. Roof on replacing our roof. Sales process was educational and straightforward. Crew worked on two very hot days to complete the replacement. Last but not least the clean-up was very thorough.
THOROUGH INSPECTION
Paul Huppert spent quite a lot of time getting to the bottom of the problem. He took pictures of the areas that were the problem showing rusted nails under the shingles. He explained that there should have been a bladder under the shingles on the dormer based on its degree of angle. The repair people were professional and took time to explain afterwards what they had done and showed us pictures. Overall it was a very quality experience and we recommend Dr. Roof to anyone looking for roof repairs or replacement.
Gutter overflow
I want to thank construction services manager Huso Osojkic for a great job of resolving my gutter/downspout problem. Upon arrival, he got on the roof, blew debris off the gutter screens(not the problem), diagnosed and cleared the blockage in the downspout and then on his own fabricated a fix that would keep the downspout flowing smoothly.
