Great work, great crew
The Dr Roof team did roof repairs, chimney repairs, and new gutters, all during the holidays and brutal weather. I appreciated that each crew had someone that I can speak with, and that the main office would text when work was scheduled or rescheduled because of weather. My house is tall and on a steep hill - not an easy job but they got it done.

I wonder how many estimates Giovanni has given for under $10,000? I'm sure putting a new roof on my small house was one of Dr. Roof's smaller projects, but everyone involved treated it like it was important to do the job the right way. Gio was very easy to work with, Drew made several trips to the site to make sure I understood the extent of the wood that was being replaced (and he even explained what a cricket was), and the actual crew (only three guys) showed up both days almost before I got out of bed, placed tarps completely around the house and lawn, and worked until it was too dark to be on the roof safely. The gutter helmet installers from B & C Gutters, by the way, were equally quick and professional. They were only at my home for 90 minutes and did a thorough job with their project. I have used Dr. Roof twice now and may never have to use them again, but if I do need any of the services the offer, I certainly won't hesitate to call them. Put me down as just another completely satisfied customer.

I found Dr. Roof on the Ask Dell website. I had a leak in the roof, and I scheduled an appointment. The sales person was experienced, and the scheduling went smoothly. The worker showed up on time, and did a professional job. It rained hard the next day, and there was no more leaking. I would recommend this company.

After setting up property visit, I was lucky to have Shannon visit my property and assess the damage/leak. After only one thorough visit, Shannon had completed a very detailed assessment and within a week I had a team out repairing the portion of my roof in need of repair and it was just in time before the next big rain storm hit! Fourteen years ago I needed a new roof. I had eight roofers inspect it and give me an estimate. ONLY Dr Roof's inspector Kirk, told me I had hail damage and I should notify my insurance company. Sure enough insurance paid for my new roof installed by DR ROOF..of course!! Recently I had them inspect my roof again, as I've done before, using a drone. Once again they saw hail damage. They told me to contact my insurance agency and file a claim and they will provide all the information the agency needs to complete my claim. So I'm waiting for my insurance agent to contact me. Let me just say Dr. Roof stands by their clients 100 percent! Now a days you don't find that.
