Honest Service Provider
Prior to calling anyone we flew a drone over our house we saw that only around 8 shingles were missing. we contacted another person from a different company they said the entire roof needs to be replaced. we called another company they said the came but didnt have the pictures the took. Eventually we called Dr. roof a lady came out. she came into the house to check out the attic and then checked the roof. Just a we had seen with the drone she said it was only around 8 shingles missing. she gave me a price a week later the roof was fixed with pictures to show the work. Thank you so much!

Don Goodrick helped us navigate the insurance process to replace our roof. The roofing crew did a great job. We know they went out of their way to fix and improve a few trouble spots. The Dr. Roof supervisor, Pol Isaza, told us they found a few places involving the woodwork that the roofers couldn't take care of. He went out of his way to find a crew that could. We've had Dr. Roof help us several times, and we've always been impressed and thankful.
Correction to Previous Review
In my previous review, issued yesterday on 6/3/2023, I mistakenly mentioned the name of Dale Cardwell as being someone who helped us. I should have written it was Drake Conner, Roofing Consultant, who was such a good help to us. Drake was very helpful throughout our entire roofing experience. Sorry for my error with the names!

Roof repair not needed
An estimator from Dr Roof came to our house to determine if a roof repair was needed but the estimator said no repair was needed. It really impressed me that the estimator was honest and did not try to propose an unnecessary repair.
