What a great job from start to completion ! Used Dr. Roof 8 years ago when no one else would patch my roof. So when it was time after storm damage Dr. Roof came through! They worked directly with my insurance company handling all the details. The roof needed to be brought up to code. They got the additional supplement approved and paid by my insurance company. 50 year roof, architectural shingles looks fantastic! Prior to the job, contact was made and the process was laid out to me. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I had a new driveway so they brought a dumpster with tires so my driveway would not be damaged. Took time to put the materials down gently. Arrived and finished on time with 100% cleanup. They kept me informed! I spoke with the site manager prior to the job who explained the process. Wonderful communication and transparency with everyone I dealt with at Dr. Roof. My experience is that I worked with a top trier roofing company, that knows and understands all the ends and outs of putting on a quality roof, dealing with insurance companies, an keeping the homeowner informed

Experience started great with Leigh communicating with me to explain my options. She was available but not pushy. Dr. Roof followed up with a quick scheduling. Crew came in at 6.30 am and got right to work. They worked tirelessly until 9pm and 90% of work was completed the same day. They came over the next day and covered up loose ends. They cleaned up thoroughly and took care of any loose nails with a magnet. Foreman kept me posted throughout the day. Shingles are GAF HDZ with best warranty in business. They did not harass me for payment after job completed which of course I paid right away. I would recommend Dr. Roof without reservations.
Done in a Day
Crew showed up promptly at 7 am and finished the entire job in one day…and we have a large house. No complaints. Hector, the project lead, was excellent.
