Now that the new year has arrived, you may be thinking about repairing or replacing your roof. There are several factors to consider about your roof to determine if it is time to repair or replace it. If the roof is more than 20 years old and is leaking, it may be time to consider a new roof. If the roof is younger than 15 years and has some roof leaks or missing shingles, these generally can be repaired and can extend the life of the roof by several years. Sometimes there is a gray area, between years 15 and 20, where the roof shows signs of problems, but it is not really completed its expected lifespan. We are happy to provide a free inspection to help you determine what your options are. You can reach Dr. Roof for roof repair or new roof estimates at 770-552-7663.
